Members’ lecture meeting. Guests are welcome to attend up to two meetings before becoming members.

Lady Skelmersdale runs Broadleigh Gardens, a nursery which specialises in unusual bulbs. She lectures widely and is an active plant hunter and has travelled to many parts of the world in pursuit of seeing flora in its habitat.
Her talk is set to show ideas for planting early to banish the August ‘blues’ in the borders
