The Old Rectory
THURSDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2020, 2.00PM
This event is for members only and must be pre-booked.
Karin and Christopher Proudfoot’s 1½-acre garden features a stunning display of long-established naturalised snowdrops and winter aconites. The present garden has been created around the snowdrops over the past 36 years, and early season interest includes hellebores, pulmonarias, other early bulbs and flowers, with foliage perennials, shrubs and trees. Meanwhile, inspired by David Way, Karin has developed an enthusiasm for more unusual snowdrops and has added over 120 different named varieties. Featured in Kent Life and The English Garden.
Cost: £7 to include refreshments (in aid of the NGS)
There is a booking form in the Winter 2020 Newsletter.
